At PeffyPads, your comfort and satisfaction come first.
Because of the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we’re always happy to make things right if something isn’t perfect.
Damages or Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@peffypads.co.uk within 5 days of receiving your package.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

A clear photo showing the damage or problem
Once verified, we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement pack — whichever you prefer. You do not need to return the original items.
Refunds
We only offer refunds in cases where PeffyPads is fully responsible for the issue — such as shipping errors, damaged products, or incorrect items.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@peffypads.co.uk.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, all PeffyPads products are non-returnable once delivered, even if unopened.
